C-X-C Motif Chemokine Ligand 6: A Preoperative Biomarker for Recurrent Glioblastoma Multiforme

چکیده
To explore the function of C-X-C motif chemokine ligand as a prospective early biomarker for recurrent glioblastoma multiforme is objective study. The differentially expressed genes patients were systematically explored; gene ontology and Kyoto encyclopedia genomes enrichment analysis potential hub was established; functional network developed by protein-protein interaction method. cell line U251 established in vitro experiments; wound healing assay well transwell conducted to measure tumor properties cells. expression 6 significantly higher than non-recurrent (p<0.05), suggesting an independent prognostic indicator recurrence. Based on 6, programmed death ligand-1 signal transducer activator transcription 3 signaling primarily associated with 6. over-expression treatments induced markedly enhanced levels phospho-signal 3. At same time, regulation cells dependent since silencing obviously attenuated functions over-expression. Moreover, it could be implied that linked status patients, their remarkably accelerated patients. This integrated study provided offered beneficial references future clinical administration evaluation multiforme.

متن کاملChemokine (C-C Motif) Ligand 20, a Potential Biomarker for Graves' Disease, Is Regulated by Osteopontin
CONTEXT Graves' disease (GD) is a common autoimmune disease involving the thyroid gland. The altered balance of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines plays an important role in the pathogenesis of GD. Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 20 (CCL20) is important for interleukin-17 (IL-17) signal activation and a potent chemoattractant for Th17 cells. Meanwhile, Osteopontin (OPN), a broadly expressed plei...

IP10, Mig and I-TAC belong to the structural subfamily of CXC chemokines, in which a single amino acid residue separates the first tw...
متن کاملRole of C-X-C chemokine ligand 12/C-X-C chemokine receptor 4 in the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
The efficacy of the current non-surgical treatments for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains limited and novel treatments are required to improve patient outcomes. The majority of HCCs develop from chronically damaged tissue that contains a high degree of inflammation and fibrosis, which promotes tumor progression and resistance to therapy. Understanding the interaction between strom...

BACKGROUND Monokines induced by interferon-gamma/Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 9 (MIG/CXCL9), thymus and activation-regulated chemokine/Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 17 (TARC/CCL17) are chemotactic factors that specifically collect and activate leukocytes, which are considered as chemoattractants of T helper cells. In the present study, we have investigated the effects of T helper type-1 (Th1) ...
